   Collective Action Plan

   Groups share their action plans with all participants. The facilitator facilitates a discussion to consolidate ideas and create a collective action plan. Participants commit to the next steps to integrate the identified improvements.

   Tip — Use a whiteboard to visualise the collective action plan and facilitate everyone's engagement.
