    Define the vision (the city), create the backlog, and appoint a Product Owner.

    Sprint planning

    The team selects and estimates the items to be built.

    Sprint (7 min)

    Construction of buildings according to the acceptance criteria.

    Review

    The PO accepts or rejects the deliverables and adjusts the priorities.

    Retrospective + subsequent sprints
