20 minThe facilitator guides participants in developing an action plan to improve the psychological safety of the team. Each participant proposes concrete actions they can implement individually or collectively.

10 minThe workshop concludes with a roundtable where each participant shares a personal commitment they will make to contribute to the psychological safety of the team. This reinforces individual and collective accountability.
