Individual Evaluation
20 minEach team member individually evaluates each axis on a scale of 1 to 5, where 1 means 'needs improvement' and 5 means 'excellent'. Participants write down their scores on post-its that they will keep for group sharing.

Sharing and Discussion
30 minParticipants share their evaluations and discuss the scores. The facilitator facilitates the discussion to identify trends and divergences. The goal is to understand the reasons behind the evaluations and discuss possible improvements.

Action Plan
25 minBased on the discussions, the team develops an action plan to improve the Scrum practices identified as weak. Each action is assigned to a responsible person and a follow-up date is set.

10 minThe facilitator thanks the participants for their engagement and summarises the agreed actions. They remind everyone that the Scrum Health Check is a regular tool to support continuous improvement. Participants are invited to share their impressions of the workshop.
