This game fosters team spirit and stimulates discussion around agile practices, while ensuring a moment of good humour.
Walkthrough

Team Formation
5 minThe facilitator begins by dividing the participants into two teams. They are asked to choose a quirky team name inspired by agility, such as 'Kanban' or 'Mayo Driven Development'. This step helps create a relaxed atmosphere and strengthens team spirit from the outset.
Tip — Encourage teams to be creative with their names, as this contributes to the playful atmosphere of the game.
