Craft Challenges is a team-building game where teams tackle creative and collaborative challenges. Each challenge is designed to stimulate communication, problem-solving, and innovation. Participants must work together to find unique solutions, thereby strengthening cohesion and team spirit.

10 minThe facilitator welcomes the participants and introduces the concept of the game. They explain that each team will face several creative challenges. Participants are then divided into teams of 4 to 6 people. The facilitator emphasises the importance of collaboration and communication for success.

Presentation of Challenges
10 minThe facilitator presents the various challenges that the teams will need to tackle. Each challenge is explained in detail, along with the specific rules and constraints. Teams have the opportunity to ask questions to clarify the instructions. The facilitator may provide some examples to illustrate the expectations.

Execution of Challenges
30 minTeams get to work on solving the challenges. The facilitator circulates among the groups to observe, encourage, and answer questions. Participants must collaborate, share their ideas, and adapt to the constraints to find creative solutions.

Presentation of Solutions
20 minEach team presents its solution to the other participants. The facilitator encourages teams to explain how they collaborated to overcome the challenges. Other teams can ask questions or provide constructive feedback.
Tip — Create a supportive atmosphere and encourage applause after each presentation to boost participants' confidence.

Voting and Selection of Best Solutions
10 minParticipants vote for the solutions they find most creative and effective. The facilitator may suggest several voting categories, such as 'most innovative' or 'most collaborative'. The results are announced and the winning teams are congratulated.
